Meet the Pastor

In July 2018, Pastor Brian Elrod and his family faced a pivotal challenge when his company encountered legal issues that ultimately led to his incarceration. Rather than breaking him, this defining season became the crucible that shaped and clarified his calling.

Through that experience, Pastor Brian encountered the faithfulness of God in a profound and personal way. His faith was not just maintained — it was forged. This calling inspired him to become a licensed, ordained chaplain.

He went on to found and now leads the Ignite Chaplaincy Alliance, a nationwide organization devoted to community service, where he also ordains new chaplains.

Pastor Brian and his wife of 45 years live in Colorado. They have been blessed with six children and 18 grandchildren. Alongside his family and Ignite Fellowship, Pastor Brian is committed to uplifting the mountain communities, sharing the love and faithfulness of Christ through every circumstance.
